You can use the idiom "doe mij" or "doet u mij", when you order something in the horeca. "Doe mij" is informal, "doet u mij" is more formal. Check out Extra, for more idiom you can use when ordering.

Examples:
– "Doe mij een kopje koffie, alsjeblieft." 
("Can you please bring me a cup of coffee?")

– "Doet u mij maar de biefstuk. Doorbakken, alstublieft." 

("I’ll just have the steak. Well done, please.")

– "Doe mij een extra deken, alsjeblieft. Ik heb het koud." 
("Can you bring me an extra blanket, please? I’m on cold.")

– "Ober, doet u mij de garnalencocktail, en als hoofdgerecht de bloemkool met melksaus." 
("Waiter, I’ll have the shrimp cocktail, and as a main course I’ll have the cauliflower with milk sauce.")

There are quite a few things you can say if you want to order something. Here’s a selection of examples when ordering a glass of red wine:
– "Ik wil graag een glas rode wijn.": I would like a glass of red wine.
– "Mag ik een glas rode wijn van jou/u?": Can/May I have a glass of red wine? (Lit.: May I (have) a glass of red wine from you?)
– "Kun je mij / Kunt u mij een glas rode wijn brengen? ": Can you bring me a glass of red wine?
– "Voor mij een glas rode wijn, alsjeblieft/alstublieft": I’ll have a glass of red wine, please.
– "Een glas rode wijn alsjeblieft/alstublieft": A glass of red wine, please.
